Our software company was founded in 2002 by Oliver Wagner, Matthias Hocke and other entrepreneurs from the financial industry. tick-TS is also a pioneer in monitoring solutions, enabling trading houses and traders to keep pace with the regulations of supervisory authorities such as BaFin, ESMA and complex directives such as MIFID II.

We offer customer-specific solutions from development and implementation to providing hosting, trading applications and infrastructure for our customers - in cooperation with Deutsche Börse in Frankfurt am Main.
